Role of the Home Care Supervisor
The Care Supervisor is pivotal in improving the clinical and practical abilities of health and social care assistants at Bluebird Care.
They play a key role in strengthening and managing the performance, methods, and operational elements of the Care Assistant role.

Your responsibilities as a Care Supervisor will include . . .
Conducting care supervision visits across diverse practice environments
Ensuring precise upkeep of supervision documentation
Engaging in care activities as an integral component of the supervision procedure
Adopting a best practice methodology in customer care
Evaluating customer requirements, formulating care plans, and establishing case setups
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred: Bachelors
- Desirable: Supervisory management experience (health care industry)
- Essential: Computer literacy and administrative skills
- Minimum requirement: 1 year of experience in a Healthcare role
