Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Day, night, sleepover shifts.

As a Social Care Worker you will offer companionship, support with daily living tasks, and assistance with community integration activities. This role is ideal for a patient, understanding, and proactive individual with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those they support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for the client.
- Offering companionship, supporting daily living tasks, and assisting with transportation as needed
- Support the client’s community engagement and social integration activities.
- Work closely with the client to promote their independence and assist them in achieving their personal goals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, building a trusting relationship with the client.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Social Care Worker, especially with mental health support, intellectual disability and complex needs.
- A genuine passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights and provide weekend cover.
- A full driving license.
