The Role of the Registered General Nurse is to provide safe, quality, person centred care to  adults & children  within their home environment. You will be part of a Nurse led care team providing clinical care in a home environment.

Responsibilities of the Registered General Nurse

• Provide excellent evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the care plans based on the needs identified.
• To prioritise the needs and comforts of the client.
• To promote abilities, independence and to safeguard the client's interest at all times.
• Work closely in partnership with family members and clinical supervision team.
• Communicate effectively with client, family, clinical team & MDT reporting on client’s clinical needs as required.
• Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes
